life-changing mental health skills should be accessible to everyone. Our mission is to expand access to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) through training, community partnerships, and free and low-cost skills programs. Because everyone deserves the opportunity to build a life worth living.

We believe…

About Us:

We believe access to effective mental health care should not depend on insurance status, geography, income, or knowing where to start.

Our nonprofit was created from a simple but urgent belief: life-changing skills should be available to more people.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is one of the most researched and effective treatments for helping people build emotional regulation, tolerate distress, improve relationships, and create lives that feel meaningful and worth living. Yet for many individuals and communities, access to quality DBT remains limited.

Our mission is to expand access to high-quality DBT education, skills training, and community-based support.

We do this by partnering with mental health organizations, training clinicians and Certified Peer Specialists, supporting workforce development, and creating opportunities for individuals to access free and low-cost DBT skills programming.

We envision communities where people do not have to wait until they are in crisis to learn the skills that support emotional wellness.

Our goal is not simply to increase services. It is to increase access, build sustainable systems, and help more people learn skills that create lasting change.

Because everyone deserves the opportunity to build a life worth living.

Community Driven

We’re working to make DBT more accessible through education, workforce development, and community-based programs. Our goal is simple: bring effective mental health skills to more people, in more places.

Quality of Care Matters

Through programs and training developed by a Linehan Board Certified DBT Therapist™, we work to expand access to comprehensive, evidence-based DBT and strengthen communities through effective mental health care.

Our work focuses on three areas:
